  • In case of online/in-person consultation services, clients are not allowed to video record, voice record, image, Screenshot, Screen Record full or any part of the consultation services being provided. The rule applies to every member of the legal team of SALAM. In case of violations SALAM holds all the rights to take strict legal actions against such clients. 

4) Disclaimer of Liability

  • SALAM provides legal information, not direct legal representation via the site alone. Accessing the site doesn’t create an advocate-client relationship unless the power of Attorney agreement is formally signed by both parties.
  • Consultations provided by SALAM are not conclusive and without prejudice. The legal team at SALAM is not accountable or can be held accountable in any court of law in case of any damages encountered by the client. 
  • While we strive for accuracy, SALAM disclaims all warranties regarding site content and function. You bear all risk in using the site. 
  • SALAM and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from website use or inability to use the site.

5) Subscription & Membership Services

  • SALAM offers subscription-based packages (half-yearly/annual retainers, bundled services). By subscribing, you agree to payment obligations and compliance with our Terms.
  • Subscription plans may include email updates, consultations, or priority support; details will be specified at the time of subscription.
  • Any service beyond/not included in the subscription plan would be charged separately.
  • Subscribing to our plan does not automatically make you a client. Client status is granted only after we review and sign a power of attorney and accept your case.

6) Newsletter & Marketing Communications

  • If you opt in, SALAM may send newsletters or updates. These communications are consent-based, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Your email will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7) Intellectual Property
