CONSOLIDATED FAIR USAGE POLICY (FUP)

1. SOCIAL MEDIA FAIR USAGE POLICY

Purpose: To foster a respectful, safe, and constructive environment on all official Project SALAM social media platforms.

Scope: Applies to anyone engaging with our pages, posts, comments, or messages.

Key Rules:

• Engage with respect, empathy, and professionalism. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abusive language is strictly prohibited.
• Avoid political, religious, or personal disputes in comments or discussions.
• No spam, unsolicited advertising, or self-promotion.
• Maintain confidentiality by not sharing sensitive case information.
• Respect intellectual property, do not copy, repost, or distribute content without permission.
• Any form of sexual content (images, videos, GIFs, text, audio, animations, etc.), including content involving adults or minors, is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action by Project SALAM.
• Project SALAM reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove content where necessary.
• Liability Disclaimer: Any loss or harm resulting from information shared or actions taken through our social media or community platforms is the sole responsibility of the user. Project SALAM is not liable for any consequences arising from such interactions.

Anti-Harassment Clause: Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or use of abusive/offensive language is strictly prohibited. Breaches will result in blocking and reporting, and may lead to legal action under applicable laws.

2. WEBSITE FAIR USAGE POLICY

Purpose: To ensure secure, responsible, and lawful use of the Project SALAM website and legal-tech tools.

Scope: Applies to all visitors and registered users.

3. CRM FAIR USAGE POLICY

Purpose: To regulate internal use of Project SALAM’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and protect client data.

Scope: Applies to employees, contractors, and authorised personnel with CRM access.

Key Rules:

• Use is strictly limited to authorised purposes; login credentials must not be shared.
• Uphold client confidentiality; do not disclose or misuse sensitive information.
• Data must not be altered, manipulated, or accessed without authorisation.
• Adherence to security protocols is mandatory.
• All activities may be subject to monitoring and auditing.

Anti-Harassment Clause:  Harassment, hate speech, or offensive communication within the CRM system is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination and potential legal action under applicable laws.

Enforcement

Project SALAM enforces these policies firmly and consistently. Breach includes harassment or misuse of systems, and  may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access to social media, website, or CRM systems.
• Blocking of social media or website accounts.
• Termination of employment or contractual engagement.
• Civil and/or criminal legal proceedings.
