Saad Ahsan Legal Aid Management (“SALAM”, “We”, “Us”) is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful online community that supports our mission to provide accessible, tech-driven legal services to Pakistanis, both locally and abroad, through our subscription-based platform. These Community Engagement Rules (“Rules”) govern all interactions on our online groups, forums, social media pages, client portals, and other digital platforms (collectively, “Online Communities”). By participating, you agree to abide by these Rules, which comply with Pakistani laws, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA).
Our Online Communities are designed to promote legal awareness, facilitate constructive dialogue, and support our clients in navigating legal matters, including civil, criminal, family, property, FIA, Customs and immigration issues. We reserve the right to update these Rules, with changes posted on www.salamlawfirm.com. Continued participation signifies acceptance of any updates.
Usernames, Profile Descriptions, and Images Must Not Contain:

Engagement between community members on our community platforms is the sole responsibility of every member. SALAM is not responsible for any financial loss, personal loss, Data Breach, or any other criminal activity as a result of that engagement.
7. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content or behavior that attacks, degrades, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on religion, race, ethnicity, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is strictly forbidden. This includes slurs, dehumanizing language, or calls for exclusion or harm. SALAM holds all the legal rights to take legal actions against users who violate the terms and the guidelines of the community.
8. Prohibition of Illegal or Harmful Content
Posting or promoting content related to illegal activities, controlled substances, weapons, fraudulent schemes (e.g., get-rich-quick or advance-fee scams), unauthorized streaming links, or hacking services is strictly prohibited. Content that encourages, glorifies, or provides instructions for violence, self-harm, or animal cruelty is also banned.

Sexually explicit or suggestive content, whether written or visual, is not permitted, including in posts, comments, profile pictures, or forum icons. Content involving minors or non-consensual acts is strictly prohibited and will be reported to concern authorities.

Posting advertisements, repetitive messages, or promotional content unrelated to SALAM’s legal services or mission is not permitted. This includes:

Contributions must align with the purpose of our Online Communities: promoting legal education, discussing SALAM’s services (e.g., subscriptions, consultations, litigation, court representation), or sharing constructive feedback. 12. No Impersonation or Deceptive Activity
Impersonating another person, entity, or organization, or creating multiple accounts to manipulate engagement, bypass moderation, or otherwise violating the above-mentioned rules is strictly prohibited. Similarly, misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or credentials (for example, falsely claiming to be a SALAM employee or licensed legal professional) is not allowed. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Do not post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized use of SALAM’s brand, logo, or content, or sharing protected materials (e.g., legal documents) without permission. Follow the privacy and personal rights of others in all posts and interactions.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Rules, please use reporting tools or by emailing contact@salamlawfirm.com. Provide specific details, such as usernames or links to offending content, to assist our review process. SALAM will investigate promptly and take appropriate action.
15. Moderation and Enforcement
Our administrators and moderators reserve the right to review, edit, or remove posts, comments, or accounts that violate these rules. Enforcement actions may include:
