ATTORNEY–CLIENT PRIVILEGE & CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER

1. Confidentiality & Attorney–Client Privilege

Project SALAM guarantees that all information shared by clients, whether in person, by phone, through virtual consultations, or via our secure CRM, is protected under attorney–client privilege in accordance with Pakistani law.

  • All records, notes, communications, and case materials are treated as strictly privileged and confidential.
  • Unauthorised disclosure by any lawyer, staff member, or representative of Project SALAM is strictly prohibited.
  • This privilege applies equally to Overseas Pakistanis engaging with us remotely, as well as to local clients.

2. Non-Recording & Reproduction Clause

Clients and third parties are strictly prohibited from recording, duplicating, or reproducing any consultation, whether audio, video, written, or digital, in full or in part.

  • Privileged conversations, legal opinions, or advice may not be reproduced, circulated, or submitted as evidence in any court, tribunal, or disciplinary forum.
  • Any breach of this clause will be treated as a violation of privilege and may give rise to termination of services and legal action.

3. Protection of SALAM Lawyers & Representatives

All Project SALAM lawyers; mediators, negotiators, staff, and representatives are protected under applicable attorney–client privilege and workplace harassment laws.

  • They shall not be subjected to intimidation, harassment, coercion, or misuse of privileged material.
  • Any attempt to exploit confidential communications against Project SALAM or its team will be vigorously defended and may result in civil and criminal proceedings under Pakistani laws.

4. Client Consent

By engaging Project SALAM’s services, clients confirm that they:

  • Understand and agree to these terms of confidentiality and privilege.
  • Will not record, duplicate, or misuse privileged communications.
  • Accept that violation of these terms may lead to termination of services, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal recourse by Project SALAM.
