Ahsan Khaliq

Mr. Ahsan Khaliq, an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and lawyer with over 20 years of experience, founded Saad Ahsan Legal Aid Management (SALAM) to address a critical gap in access to justice. Recognising that millions of Pakistanis, both in Pakistan and abroad, face ongoing legal and administrative challenges without trustworthy, tech-enabled support. Powered by the reputation of Saad Ahsan Residency and Citizenship, SALAM empowers individuals and communities through transparent, professional, and client-centred services grounded in integrity and innovation. His vision for SALAM is to make justice quick, affordable, and accessible by integrating technology with personalised care, simplifying legal processes for property disputes, inheritance matters, guardianship, and civil issues, etc.

Holding an LLB from the University of Punjab, he is an advocate of the High Courts, and an MSc in Entrepreneurship from the University of Glasgow, Mr. Ahsan is committed to reshaping legal support for underserved populations and Overseas Pakistanis. Beyond SALAM, he serves as Founder and CEO of Saad Ahsan Residency and Citizenship, pioneering global citizenship. He also heads Saad Ahsan in Dubai and AKSA Capital, a Portugal-based real estate firm. He has delivered successful projects like D-Heights in Bahria Town Lahore and empowered over 20,000 individuals with global mobility solutions.

Mr. Ahsan amplifies his impact through YouTube podcasts, public speaking, and media features in Forbes Councils, the Investment Migration Council (IMC), and others. Hosting global leaders like the Prime Minister of Dominica and engaging with ambassadors from Caribbean and European countries, he designs client-focused solutions for business expansion and relocation, aligning seamlessly with SALAM’s mission of empowerment and accessible justice worldwide.
